5 Self-Care Rituals to Start Your Day with Intention

 Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. It’s the small, consistent practices that make the biggest difference. Here are five simple morning rituals to set the tone for a day filled with peace and productivity: 🌬️ Mindful Breathing (2 Minutes) Before reaching for your phone, sit up in bed, close your eyes, and  take 10 deep breaths . Focus on the sensation of the air filling your lungs and leaving your body. This grounds you and sets a calm foundation for the day. ~~ ✍️ Gratitude Journaling (5 Minutes) Write down three things  you’re grateful for. They can be as simple as a good night’s sleep or the sound of birds outside your window. Gratitude shifts your mindset to focus on abundance. ~~ 🧘 Stretching or Light Movement (10 Minutes) Gentle stretches or yoga can release tension and energize your body. If you prefer, a short walk outside can be just as invigorating. 💧 Hydrate BEFORE Caffeine Drink a glass of water before your morning coffee or tea...
